Wordpress upgrade for blog: New wordpress version, new theme, plugin upgrades, broken link removals

I have a wordpress blog which needs a complete overhaul. The site is here: www.guysunderwearblog.com. The task consists of - Finding a stylish new theme for the blog that is mobile and tablet-respsonsive. The cost of purchasing the theme must be included in your offer. - Customizing and Installing the chosen theme on the blog - Upgrade current wordpress version to the latest version - Upgrade and make sure that all running plugins are working properly once the theme and wordpress version is upgraded - Locating and deactivating broken/bad links from the site - Overall make sure that the blog is as much in compliance with Google’s SEO principles as possible - Include a popup/overlay functionality to prompt users to sign up to our newsletter (mailchimp-based) or like the site on facebook/twitter For inspiration as to the look and feel that I am looking for, go to www.theunderwearexpert.com. The new theme and upgrade work must follow these requirements - Images used in posts are and will continuously be scaled to no more than 500 px width - Past posts must look proper in the new theme - Right-hand column with banner ads (160 px in width each) must be icluded in the new design - A top horizontal banner must be included in the site, preferably 500 px in width – see current site for inspiration - For SEO purposes the current URL structure must remain after the new theme is installed. Current URLs cannot be changed - The site’s RSS feedburner link must stay intact as well - We’d like to be able to tag certain blog posts as “top story” to give them prominent and a longer-lasting display on the front page - We need to be able to tag certain blog posts as “promotion” to highlight this to the viewer. Today, this is done by changing the background color of the post to a yellow-ish color
