Experienced Joomla Programmer(Monthly Basis)

I am looking an experienced Joomla Programmer with the following skills: 1) in-depth knowledge in joomla, and can make changes to it, without compromising open-ness of joomla coding with experience dealing with extensions, and other modules of Joomla. 2) can fix major security issues with joomla, can work with a design team, that can recreate the admin environment 3) integrating databases with other databases, extrremely skilful in Joomla to be able to work with it, and yet maintain the foundation of Joomla, and integrate with external functions/db Thanks Susheel
