We are a non-profit charity looking to move some of our legacy applications onto the web. Initial bid is for a modular intranet with three modules as described below. More modules will be added as needed. We are off-shore friendly! Opensource customization is fine provide that look and feel is maintained throughout all modules.
Timesheets - ability to enter times weekly. Must have approval logic (accept/reject). Weekly email reminders to fill out sheets if not completed. Robust reporting.
Check Request Form - This is a expense/purchase order kind of thing. Clients enter requests for checks for items they have purchased and need reimbursement and/or requests for check needed for vendor. Client can attach pdf of all receipts. Multiple approvers and status tracking. Robust reporting.
Field reports - Users enter event data for government grant compliance. Ability to upload documents and pictures.

If you have an out-of-the-box solution that installs over the net and meets, or comes close to, the above requirements - we'd love to hear from you too. The ideal candidates will have built successful intranets and can understand the basics of workflow and approval logic with email support. Administration should be easy enough for department heads.
