I am launching an ecommerce made to measure clothing business for man. My clients have to provide me with their measurements by themselves on the website. The current options mean that the client has to measure themselves physically with a tape. I would like to facilitate the process of measuring themselves by making it 100% with the use of technology. The goal is for the client to upload pictures of themselves to my website and the algorithm will measure each specific body part accurately for me to make the shirts for them. Objective: To facilitate the measurement process of my clients and eliminate errors that can be made if measured by a tape. How will the success of the project be measured:
The project success will be measured by:
1. Measurements accurate within 0.3 inch of the exact measurement.
2. Easy to use system by the client that only requires maximum 3-4 minutes to go through.
Output(s): The following body measurements:
1. Neck circumference
2. Shoulder length
3. Sleeve length
4. Bicep circumference
5. Wrist circumference
6. Chest circumference
7. Stomach circumference
8. Hips circumference
9. Leg length
10. Thigh circumference
