Looking for app developer to help build a cruise industry ranking and content mgt app. The app will allow people from all over the world to rate a particular cruise they took using various criteria. Once they enter criteria, an algorithm will provide an accurate ranking for precise measurement. The reviews will allow other users to see what was good/bad/economic/service, etc. The app will also provide insight into the ship, rooms, pictures, excursions, ports of authority, etc. It will also give cruiselines the chance to advertise on the site, and other service providers. Ultimately, I want the reviews to give the customers the power over the cruiselines and help show how good or bad that particular one is.
This is a start-up company so my budget is extremely small. Looking for someone who wants a good challenge. I have already completed most all the requirements, acceptance criteria, and what the algorithm should look for. May also consider a partnership for the right person. Must sign NDA.
