Well, I can definitely do the work for you, and write you the code for packet filtering, protocol analysis, etc. but... just out of curiosity, why don't you just buy existing software that already do this? Or rather, use one of the free tools? If there are custom features you are requesting (i.e. upper layer data decode, e-mail reconstruction, transaction analysis, dynamic firewalling, or whatever) please feel free to contact me with the details.
