Urgent Needed: Create html pages from mock ups

I need to have a series of html pages created based off of mockups that I will send to the person who gets this job. Here are the important parts to this: Create clean code html (unencrypted) - with CSS acceptable, prefer no javascript unless necessary for dates. Job is *RUSH* - meaning 24 hours for delivery if at all possible please! I will be supplying 22-25 pages of mock ups (example attached). Some simpler, a few in between more complicated. Essentially each page contains a BLOCK of text, a BLOCK for a picture, and a few other elements (i.e., sometimes a title, date). They ARE mostly simple - I do not need the content put in exactly. I simply need the FIXED html pages for the layouts. Css is acceptable as long as they're fixed elements, not fluid. (In other words, if there is a box for text, I want the box size set - I do NOT want it to grow or have overflow if there's too much text). All mock ups/designs are copyright to me, and I retain all rights. I simply need them converted to high quality CLEAN html code. *DO NOT* design them in wordpress, this needs to be OUTSIDE, not reliant on ANY program or framework, and with PLAIN code. The pages MUST be printer friendly (set page break) for 3 page sizes which I will provide (8.5x11", 5.5x8.5", and 7x10"). This means they MUST ****NOT**** be mobile friendly or responsive as that will change the way they print. If I like the quality, further similar work may be available as we add more designs/styles. You MUST have an excellent grasp of the english language, and you MUST understand all of these points. I will put the funds in Escrow, and will be happy to release milestone payments for every 5 html files delivered. *Please* only apply if you can meet all of these conditions (including 24 hour delivery - as in you're ready to work TODAY!)
