We are looking for a long-term relationship with a provider, who would prepare PDF files (scanned and other) for us into an editable form (mostly MS Word).
PDFs mostly contain text, as well as images. All of the text in images must be converted to editable text, regardless of the language. It is essential that all design is preserved from the original and that the final file in MS Word is exactly the same as the original PDF.
PDF documents range from one page to several hundred pages. Once again, we wish to emphasize that it is essential that the documents are prepared precisely, without errors in text, images, layouts, without missing parts of the text, with properly prepared tables and all graphic elements.
We have regular (daily) needs for such cooperation and will provide a regular workflow to the provider. The attached file is an excerpt with 21 pages and is a part of a larger batch of files. It will be used for testing purposes, to see the quality of the service you can provide us with. We will pay you for the test.
