MS Word EXPERTS - We need 8 Cover Letter and 2 Page Resume 'Templates' built in full compatable MS Word file - Each need to be creative/modern (We can provide images of what we want)

As per the title. We need a Freelancer who is both an expert in design but more importantly an expert in Microsoft Word. We need fully backward compatible (let's say from Word 95) Resume Cover Letter and 2 Page Resume's as a 'Template' with generic content. This is so that we can assist some of our clients to improve their current resumes. SO, each client, will have their own existing resume that they can copy and paste into our templates. For this to work, each resume template needs to be able to be edited by users without good word skills and will work with more or less information in each field. For example, the resume 'theme' or 'template' or 'look' cannot become miss-shaped due to more information or less. So in summary: * Cover Letter Template plus 2 Page Resume Template x 8 * Must be backward compatible * Must work with different volumes of content - as each of our clients will have different amounts of information on their existing resume * Must be simple for someone who is not an expert with word to edit and input information * Must not have errors in the style/look/theme when further information is input Please only bid if you have thoroughly read the description and have the expertise to transfer the type of design we desire into a word document, without errors. We will only work on this with structured milestone payments to receive templates in stages to ensure the quality of work - unfortunately, we have had some bad experiences with this type of project. We will need more than 8, so if this works, we'll order more.
