I'm currently working at Intuit Quickbooks for business process and technical assistance, handling all version of Quickbooks, such as online, desktop for windows and mac.

My experience in QBO online involves manually importing bank statements into the system and reconciling it from the GL transactions, paying an expense, making a bill and its subsequent payment, posting journal entries for the accrual of expense, depreciation of PPE, amortization of prepayments, manually importing accounts receivable balances ( we use different tool for accounting the receivables) and other entries deemed necessary. The QBO Online system is also used to generate the basic financial statements and monthly reporting schedules like ageing of payable.
