part-time bookkeeper

part-time bookkeeper we have a very small association (approximately 10 members). our association pays common expenses for a small neighborhood community. expenses are paid out of one checking account and one credit card. we send out monthly statements to the 10 members who contribute monthly fixed dues and supplemental assessment as required to fund unexpected expenses. we need a bookkeeper who can load expenses into software such as quicken or quickbooks; who can reconcile charges in our bank account and credit card statements and (most important) whose software can automatically send out monthly statements to the association members showing dues payable and and late fee interest charge calculations to amounts in arrears. the bookkeeper will also have access to software which can generate monthly profit/loss statements and balance sheets.
