Quickbooks System

Need someone to build a quickbooks system for my company. Some elements should be private so certain employees can upload their invoices and receipts and then I need access to the Master Budget list. Not needing this exact format of layout, terminology , colors, etc. Need someone to properly take the idea and create a system we can use within our company that our accountant will then have access to. PROJECT PAGE: (refer to image) TAX WORKSHEET PAGE: (refer to image) - **This should be within every project page and generated to an end of the year total for all items. This is submitted to accountant yearly but need to have this linked to our system so we can monitor per project. MASTER BUDGET / PROFIT PAGE: (refer to image) - combination of all projects which will be private for myself and accountant. Tax worksheet master page should also be included on this page. Need within the week.
