We are a US CPA & Law Firm in need of strong Bookkeeper/Admin freelancers who can work part time in the mornings on EST with Advance Quickbooks Skills. Advance Quickbooks skills means that you know how to navigate through Quickbooks to complete your task using only the keyboard shortcuts for all your work and NOT use the mouse! This skill will be tested, so please dont apply if you cant do it. Must be able to keep up with veteran CPAs and Tax Attorneys. Thick skin and attention to detail is a must. We pay for accurate work only. All errors should be fixed by freelancer promptly and at their own cost. Must also be very familiar with online software Zendesk as it is used for project management of work assignments. Must be able to start immediately. Additionally, our work hours are Mon-Fri from 7am EST - 12pm EST (Hours are not able to be changed). We are looking for two consultants who can work really well together to add to our team.

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA, which is among top 50 Universities of the world. I also went to a Top Business School for MBA. I am QuickBooks Online Certified. It is important to note that having worked for a company in New York for more than two years as Accounts Receivable Supervisor, qualifies me to handle this task very successfully. Working hours from from 7-am EST to 12-pm US Eastern Time suits me perfectly. I am available Monday to Saturday, to work on Full Time basis. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day without interruptions.
