YouTube Advertising Revenue Improvement

Visit "ivideosongs" on YouTube. It has 55K subscribers. Some videos have 1+ million views. GOAL: IMPROVE PASSIVE INCOME of the "ivideosongs" channel, and levergae as needed the unused URL and other social webs -- but ONLY using EXISTING CONTENT. (a) Propose how you will increase revenues from this YouTube channel, URL and/or social web, and grow subscribers to improve ad revenues WITHOUT creating any or much new content. (b) Cite at least one specific example that shows you have done this specific work before. State specifically the stats of subscribers, and revenues if you are permitted, so I clearly know that you know your BEFORE and AFTER success. You don't have to give away your secrets, and frankly, I haven't the time or skills to implement what you'd propose anyway -- if you really know how to hit a home run with this stuff. That is why you, please, MUST specify the channel you improved and by how much, and ideally, over what period of time and/or how much additional ad revenue. Winning this is about KNOWING HOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, not by being the cheapest. I've already played around with the channel to monetize...but I need someone who can really make this thing optimal.
