Adobe Premiere Pro CC Expert

Hello, I am looking forward to hire an Adobe Premiere Pro CC Expert for working with green color chroma screen editing and color grading. Every month I have about 100 videos with green chroma background. Each about 15 to 20 minutes duration. All these videos contain a boy teaching english simply sitting in one place or walking. Nothing else has to be covered into this job except the boy. On the other hand I am thinking to shoot the background images which will be replacing the chroma set with your help or even can consider a video for the background. I request you to kindly go through my message multiple times and write me a perfect proposal on what will be the best approach for my requirement and the cost against it. You can even break the cost into two different parts 1) for using background as image and 2) for using background as video. Thanks
