I need a after effects video for my product

We need a animated video produced for a short commercial explaining our product. We will provide final story board but the basic structure is this. Young couple find out they are pregnant and need a bigger home. While discussing if they know anyone who can help them, we the audience hears tiny voices coming from the computer and phones near them saying thing like " oooh pick me!" "I can help pick me pick me" These voices can not be heard by the couple by the audience is aware of them. We need to then focus on computer and phones showing animation of the the icons and friends of the couple jumping up and down waving hands trying to get the young couples attention while saying pick me pick me. Next the video goes into saying dont let this happen to you. Video goes through a few more scenes explaining how our product keeps their brand awareness through social media. Please anticipate a few revisions and working close with us to perfect the video in your bid. We have not decided if we want all characters to be animated or if we want the couple to be real. If we decide to have the couple real we will provide the video clips we do not need video shot just animation and after effects. If bid is within our budget we will be providing a detailed story board.
