This kind of processing need using natural language processing techniques to get more accurate results in addition to scraping and traditional text processing techniques. I have more than 10 years experience in information retrieval, natural language processing and other AI topics, and can do it in a perfect way. could you please send me more details about the project: (1) what exactly you want to scan? fixed list of journals or the list should be dynamic so you can add new journals any time you want? (2) the same for keywords.. fixed list of dynamic. (3) regarding keywords, should these keywords exist in their exact form in the text.. or the system should also detect their synonyms..etc (4) what should be the final output.. web based application, desktop app, or APIs?
