Add a functionality to a hybrid cordova Android Mobile Application

Hi, I don't usually look for new clients but I happened to see your serious job post and I wanted to tell you about the biggest mistake I see other clients make when they hire freelancers. The most freelancers who bid on this job always write template proposal without any considering your requirement. The most important thing is that they are an agency or 'employer', not a sole professional developer.
