Android app for ordering services

Hello. I would like an android app that has this options: 1. User has to log to the system on a welcome screen 2. App has user account screen (Name, password, email, phone, multiple delivery addresses - default address/other addresses, subscribe to push notifications). The info on user will be saved and loaded from an url. 3. List of services screen. - loaded from remote url (image/title) 4. Service screen with an image, text. On the bottom it will be an Order now section with quantity x price = Total, an select for an address ( addresses from the user account) and button for ordering. When ordering the app will send the order to a server database. Image, text and price will be loaded from remote url. 5. My orders screen with a list of all orders and their status - all info will be loaded from remote url. 6. Notification screen - the app can receive notification with a text (ex. the order for... will be delivered). All the coding for the server will be done by us (api for saving or outputing data). Graphics (simple) will be done by us. The project sould be done in 3 weeks.
