Android/Kotlin App boilerplate matching designs

I need a developer that is able to design an app pixel-perfect with the given designs. We only need the "UI", no model, no data storage, etc, just a dumb ui. This is an MVP for a longer term project, so after this project we might decide to outsource it completely. Please see attached designs to get a general idea of what the project involves. In short: - There are a couple different pages (Activities, Fragments, or what you think it's best)/ - A "static" Homeboarding page to be displayed only if the user has not yet configured the app - From homeboarding, user can enter the configuration process - One page allows the user to pick an animated GIF from a carousel - One page allows the user to enter text - From this last page, a button allows to confirm the data the user provided - Homepage with a swipe up/down menu, to be displayed at every app launch, after the user has finished the configuration - Some basic content/layout for the mentioned menu
