Create touch screen app for windows interactive bar counter

Good day, I would like someone good in Unity 3D to build a touch screen application for 1 of our interactive bar counters. Must be able to start and finish this application today, this is what is needed: - Create windows multitouch screen application, for 20 touch points, at a resolution of 3840 x 1080. - I have 5 glass coaster designs that I need loaded into the application. This means when a glass is put down a digital coaster pops up. There are 5 coaster designs so, I want these to be randomised when a glass is put down on the surface. Now because of the glass and reflection this effects the infrared and so when two glasses come close to eachother the app picks up more then 2 glasses. So, I need us to create a larger hit area around the coaster. So when a coaster is active under a glass and if you put a glass right next to it then a new coaster won't trigger. It will only trigger if it is out of that active trigger area. - Then I would like a simple animate effect of the coaster, so when it is put down it grows and zooms to the correct size. - Then I would like a trail effect that will follow the coaster when you drag the glass around See reference of another similar app: [login to view URL] Should be around 5 hours work. I'd like you to have a windows touch screen to dev and test on or have emulated windows touch installed on unity. Regular testing and reasonable budget for this amount of work.
