Hello! I can help you with IBeacon. I had graduate work about in-house location tracking based on beacons. I see one problem in your idea "the app need to run in the background even when application exit." iOS doesn't guaranty that background code will be complete in the terminated state of the app. Best Regards, Iraklii Tavadze
