I need a Java programmer and mobile and MySQL Administrator while ASP to modify and format it in the required way !!

hi guys I needed a professional java developer and mobile and a MySQL Administrator to modify and develop a jar chat program that works on this system. I welcome all serious offers and are not counterfeit ( Preferably company ) . Of the contract with them for the long term Requirements: 1- Open the Unpack source code for the .exe and .jar file . ( meaning when the project completed open source delivery ) . 2- Solve the problem that the file works on Java version 6 and it works on 7 but it does not work on 8 and above, except when copying the \lib\security\[login to view URL] file from version 7 and placing it in folder version 8 and so on . ( I want it to work on all 6,7,8..ets versions even after updates java ) 3- Modify the file so that some full encodings are added ( all colors + tags for members + and some characteristics mentioned in the file [login to view URL] ). 4- sign my .jar file with code sign certificate. ( You must have your own code sign certificate. DO NOT SIGN WITH SELF SIGN CERTIFICATE! ) . 5- Configure it to work on the mobile system Android + iPhone .
