Animate Ninja Character for Video & Web Transitions

I’m looking to get our ninja character animated for use as a video transition in FinalCutPro video editor, and as an animated graphic on websites. Basically, I want the ninja character to do a jump and swing his sword, making a cut line which would trigger the transition to a new background behind it. For the web animated graphic (HTML5, no flash), it would just be the character animation without the background transition. The ninja graphic are already created in vector format.
