2D Animation Project 2

He finished the fully mastered concept art, he finished the storyboarding, he finished the animatics but when he started compiling everything, his computer crashed (twice) and we've come to the realization that he doesn't have access to the processing power that we need. That said, I need to hire someone that has the knowledge, skill and computer power to complete the project; meeting or exceeding the expectations that his work has set in place. I have NO actual project files whatsoever to work from (lost everything when his computer crashed) but I do have all artwork as well as the animatics available for reference. Anyone up to the task?
