3D Animation Videos Voiceover

We're designing an App that will help train singers using the right technique through vocal exercises. So you can call it a Learning App for Singers. We have a bunch of 3D Animated videos about singing technique that need voiceovers (1 hour recording time)

Now we already have the rough voiceovers recorded in order to match it with the 3D animation parts. So you would need to record the voiceovers with the same pauses/breaks as the rough recordings.

We're looking for a US Accent and preferably a female voice artist. Recordings in the studio with professional equipment would need to be done by the artist itself. The voice over needs to sound friendly, warm and that of a young person (20s-30s).
