Create an animated explainer video (i have a script)

I am looking for someone to build me an animated explainer video. The script is already fully prepared and I have written an explanation of what I need the animation scenes to look like, this is attached for your reference. I will also provide sketched details of a few specific animations of my app. I would want to have a quick conversation with you before you start to ensure we are on the same page. Throughout the project I will be reachable if you need. The animation should be simple, that is a theme of my app. Ideally the few characters are simple without feature details and blue in colour (as i dont want to be a specific race) Number of words in the script are 370, I see this around 2 - 2:30 minutes.
