Custom 2D Animated - Promo Video

Hello, I would like to get a custom made promo explainer video for my clinic. Concept is like this - 1. There is guy, he feels breathless while walking/ stairs etc... 2. So he visits a top hospital 3. There doctor tell him that he has to do certain tests - that will cost x amt 4. After test - he discovers that he has heart blockages and needs operation which will cost 3 lacs 5. After some research on internet, he comes to know abt my clinic and my medicine 6. He meets our doctor who given him my medicine which costs only 800 per course. 7. After 3-4 course - he feels very fine and is completely ok Thats work flow I will be needing voice over in English.
