I am looking for ActionScript, Animate expert

A program to randomly fade in/out the alpha of each of maybe 10 Adobe Animate layers. The easiest way to describe what I need can be found at [login to view URL] MyNoise deals with 10 audio tracks, the volume of which can manually set. It also allows for the volume each track to be randomly generated. I would like the same functionality but instead of audio tracks, I would like to vary the ALPHA of various layers in Adobe Animate, thus creating a kind of visual version of what MyNoise is doing. I am an artist and this would be a tool built for me. I am the end-user. I would like to start with something minimal ...and should the minimal seem promising proceed to adding the bells and whistles that would streamline my use of it. Your thoughts? Best wishes,
