250 link building(repost)(repost)

I'm looking for someone who can get 250 inbound links for an Australian Recruitment website within 4 weeks of accepting a bidder. I need 20 links with a Google PR of 5 or higher and at least 10 of those links from Australian websites, and the remaining 230 links with a Google PR of 3 or higher with 115 of those links from Australian websites. I'll provide anchor text. I'm interested in one way links only. I'd like to get this project underway as soon as possible. I am willing to spend up to $500 but no more than that. If the accepted coder is good, this will be an ongoing project on a monthly basis. ## Deliverables 1. At least 20 links should come from pages of Google Page Rank of 5 or higher. (10 of these have to be from Australian websites) 2. The remaining 230 links should come from pages of Google Pages Rand 3 or higher. (115 of these have to be from Australian websites) 3. a maximum of 65 link submitted per week. (maximum of 3 PR5+ links per week and and 62 PR3+ perweek) 4. All links must be permanent 5. All sites must be related to the keywords that I will provide 6. No redirects, javascript links, hidden links or other unethical links ??" only direct static links 7. All sites must be US, UK, Canadian, NZ, SA, AU or European sites (English only) 8. The links should be static hyperlinks coming from static pages or home page of the other web site. 9. The pages where links to our web site will be listed should be reachable from the home page of the other web site within 2 clicks. Links from deep pages are acceptable depending on traffic and Page Rank. 10. And all links must comply with Google’s guide lines for links 11. You will ensure that the links contain the correct anchor text; also that the URL is typed correctly and resolves to the correct page. 12. You should respond promptly to email, and communicate effectively with link partners. 13. Links from sites whose focus is on porn, XXX sites, hate, racism, casino or sites containing illegal, offensive, or immoral materials are not acceptable. 14. You will not submit our site to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission from us. 15. You will not enter our site in any commercial/professional/web rings links exchange program like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. 16. You will not submit our site to Free for all (FFA), guest books or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. All process should be honest and manual. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable. 17. You will not get more than 10 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company. 18. Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable. 19. All links must be documented with URL in a Word document or Excel format with the following information: The URLs of all sites where our link is placed, along with written confirmation of acceptance by the website's owner. 20. All links must be residing on a page with no more than 50 links per page. 21. Send an email confirmation when a link becomes live 22. Only one link should come from each unique domain name. 23) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 24) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 1. Please explain how you will obtain the links. 2. Please provide samples of previous work with references.
