Synchronize ASP/SQL Shopping Cart w/ Access VBA Order Management

We have an ASP/SQL web site with a custom developed shopping cart. We would like to use StoneEdge Order Manager which is an Access based order management application. We need to synchronize select data between the 2 environments. We need to export the following from the site's SQL tables to the Order Manager's Access tables: - Orders We also need to export the following from the Order Manager's Access tables to the Site's SQL tables: - Order statuses, - Tracking numbers, - Credit orders, - Canceled orders, We would like the import/export functions available both in scheduled (or triggered) mode and on-demand modes. The data transfer must be done via secure 128-bit SSL. The transfer scripts recommended by the developer of the Order Manager use XML. We will provide the table structure on the SQL side and the Order Manager programmer's guide. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
