The core of this is bridging two systems, CMS and e-citation, so the data flows. I’d use Postman to test the API endpoints for each system, mapping the fields from e-citation into the CMS database schema. Where the brief says coordinate API and FTP, I’d build out the FTP transfer scripts using Python with the `ftplib` library, and also handle the API calls using `requests`, pushing data in real-time where possible, so the court data is always current. The failure point here is usually data corruption between systems, so I'd implement validation checks at each stage of the transfer, using the `pandas` library to clean and format data before it’s written to the CMS database. Also, I would create detailed Technical Documentation for the integration, so the court staff and vendors can troubleshoot and understand the data flow. When you say e-citation platforms, are these systems with established APIs or custom builds? I would have the basic API connection and the initial FTP transfer script working on day one, so you can see the data moving. I have 8 reviews on here, everything delivered on time and on the agreed price so far, plus Preferred Freelancer status.

I've run software implementation projects for 10+ years, coordinating between technical teams, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders from kickoff through go-live. The integration work you're describing -- serving as the bridge between courts, clerk offices, and engineering -- maps to how I've managed API and data-migration projects where both sides have their own formats, compliance gates, and timelines. Where I'll be upfront: I haven't worked specifically in court or justice software. No CMS or e-citation platform experience yet. My closest adjacent work is managing integrations between enterprise systems where regulatory requirements and stakeholder sign-off gates are non-negotiable. If court-specific domain knowledge is a must from day one, better to filter now. But if you're open to someone who picks up domain context fast and brings strong implementation PM fundamentals, that's the fit. On the practical side, you'd get clean project documentation and status reports without being chased for them, proactive risk flags before things go sideways, and someone who communicates directly with your court contacts and engineering teams without needing to be managed. I'm US-based in Los Angeles and can start this week. Want to do a short call to talk through it?

Hi - Bojan here from Serbia "MUNICIPAL COURT SYSTEM INTEGRATION" — you need organized delivery across court workflows and technical teams. I would help manage the integration process by tracking requirements, API/FTP dependencies, testing steps, risks, and documentation so technical teams and stakeholders stay aligned. The key edge case is making sure workflow changes match real court operations before go-live. I would keep implementation plans clear, follow issues through resolution, and maintain status updates so nothing gets lost between vendors and users. Which Court Management System and e-citation platforms are involved, and what stage is the integration currently at? Looking forward to working with you.
