We help small businesses grow by managing, building and marketing their reputation and social media presence. We are searching for our next Appointment Setter/Cold Calling Specialist to help us, help businesses. As an Appointment Setters will be responsible for supporting our team by qualifying leads, setting appointments and closing business both over the phone and through email. What we expect: • Be RUTHLESS about hitting and exceeding goals – Specifically related to calls per day, appts set per week, and sales closed from set appts. • Call into accounts from targeted lists and get appointments set • Work within the confines of shifting calendars and schedules • Communicate with prospects, follow up, and confirm set appts • Report on KPI’s daily and weekly • Log all communication in CRM - THIS IS IMPORTANT! • Show interest and gain understanding of our target markets, verticals, and specific location terminology What you’ll bring: • 2+ years of telemarketing experience • Experience selling B2B products and services • Experience working with phone dialer and CRM’s (PowerDialer and Salesforce a plus!) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proven track record of exceeding objectives and goals • A self-driven, ambitious, and professional attitude Qualifications: • Very organized • Self motivated, go getter, enthusiastic and goal oriented • Excellent spoken English • Written skills in American English • Excellent written/oral communication skills • Able to read a given call script, word for word with natural fluency • Must be proficient in MS Office products (mainly MS Word & Excel) • Experience working for US clients • Must be able to ask questions when unclear about performing a task • Able to set appointments & make cold calls in the US between 9am - 5pm east coast USA time (EST) Technical Computer Requirements: • Reliable internet service • Internet bandwidth speed of at least 15Mbps • CPU speed of at least 2Ghz • RAM Capacity of at least 8GB Training and training resources provided. Looking for 40 hours per week. WE HAVE THE WORK!!!
