Arduino solution for offline speech recognition

My solution will be not to use Arduino. Even Arduino mega has such a low memory that it can not handle voice processing. My suggestion is to use Raspberry pi. It has a good memory and good processing speed. And the greatest fact is it supports python. Python is the mostly used programming language all over the world to solve machine learning problem. And it is the best option to develop a voice recognition model. As a result raspberry pi is the best solution for your problem, not arduino.
