volt ammeter with arduino

Hi Recently, I have finished my bachelor study of electrical engineering (course - electronics and automatic control) so I don't have any experience of working on Freelancer, but i have a lot of knowledge about microcontrollers, especially Arduino. I have been working on several embedded system projects (code and simulation), including projects with voltage and current measure. I can do this with Arduino microcontroller, which have 10-bit AD converter, or some other microcontrollers with better resolution for more precisely results. I hope you will consider my proposal.
