Write me a collaboration negotiation and introduction letter to Hotels and Tour Operators in Bali

I am in the introduction, collaboration and negotiating phase of our start-up luxury travel brand whose vision is to partner with 5-6 star hotels in Bali Indonesia and partner our brands / align them with other luxury brands . I need a professional marketing/collaboration & negotiating expert who has proven to be successful in their past professional experiences. I already have penciled three letters and will give you these documents to synergize together and create an excellent request for a meeting with the sales departments and directors of the properties to understand 'the user end experience' at their venue and I need someone who has already proven themselves to impress sales teams with their writing and knowledge of preferred partnerships in the tourism industry. You must have held a position of contracts manager for hotels or luxury travel brands, sales manager or director for a hotel group, or have worked for a package deal specialist company who specialises in products and contracts.
