Biography of the Nanny to my children

The nanny for my two grown sons now lives in Apopka, Florida. She is 81 years old and has a clear memory. I want a biography written about her life that includes how she grew up, parents history, siblings, her travels as a young woman, abusive husband, years as the nanny to my children. She lived with me for 18 years and cared for my sons. That allowed me to have a demanding career that included national travel and demanding hours in the office. She is a unique person of faith, honesty and reliability. She is lonely in a retirement home because she no longer drives. In the past, when she had a car, she stayed busy all the time. Currently her schedule is as follows: Wednesday night, church; Saturday, dog park with her son; Sunday, church. I would like a writer who can interview her effectively on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week until the book is complete. This will include accumulating photos for the book. Childcare in the US is a crapshoot for most families. The bulk of childcare and homecare still falls on the mother/wife with fathers/husbands "helping". Only with reliable childcare can both parents dedicate the necessary time to careers and still have energy for family time, recreation and personal time. I was blessed with reliable, and positive influences in the child care she provided. This book should place emphasis on the significant contribution she made to my family, and her journey from poverty to middle age self supporting as an adult. This book will follow her path in life and note how she grew up in poverty even though her father worked full time and her mother gardened to provide food for the family. She has an abundance of great stories. For example, the family moved into a tent in the woods when she was a child. Her father was Black Foot Indian and did not want to have neighbors living nearby. They moved often to maintain distance from others. One day all the children, there were eight, were in the yard and a rabbit ran into the area the were playing in. The children caught the rabbit and they family ate the rabbit for dinner. None of the family had tooth brushes or tooth past. Instead they cleaned their teeth with a small twig from a tree. Another time a family they knew lost their housing so that family moved in with her family and all of them lived in a four room house. I don't remember how many people lived together but it was at least 10 with four adults and the rest children. Their food consisted of beans and cornbread or potatoes and cornbread. They felt fortunate because they knew a family that had so little they used lard, flour and sugar to make gravy to eat on biscuits. That is all that family had. The children slept across the bed instead of length wise so that more children could sleep in the bed. Drafts of the book during the writing process will be reviewed by me.
