Create an eblast letter balancing the text and pictures so it does not become spam

Need to write a email letter to people company has had contact with previously but as personnel have changed we are not sure when or how much. Goal is to reintroduce the product and myself as a new contact. The marketing document will have some educational component with respect to the industrial product as i am not sure at what level of understanding they are with respect to the product. Need to explain the benefits and yet not appear to fantastic to be believable. Will have to do some product research mainly from company website and a couple of articles.
This is to be a marketing product aimed at building product awareness and getting customers to be interested enough to reach out by either email or phone. Produce two approximately 1 page word documents that i will use in an eblast that i will personalize from my records.
