Japanese Native Speaker - Simple Online Research (2-3 hours)

Japanese Native Speaker - Online Research Looking for a Japanese speaker that can do online research to build a list of cooking schools in Tokyo or nearby major cities. I am searching for a business partner in Japan that I can work together to present a cooking class to teach Japanese customers (not westerners) about the traditional meat curing techniques of western Europe (salamis, prosciuttos, Chorizos, etc). Your research will develop a list of potential schools or events where these classes could be held and attract local Japanese chefs or personal individuals interested in learning these European techniques. The list will be presented to me in excel and include name of the company/person contact information, website, and preferably Instagram account if they have one. I am hoping to get about 50 or so different leads to be contacted. Potential second job may include facilitating/translating communications with potential business partners in Japan.
