Marketing Personal for daily work on month basis needed

[English] We are looking for a person who can speak and write in spanish and english (we will write and call people in both languages) With experience in getting new clients and online sells (we don't sell but rent, keep reading...) by phone related to the real estate world. The person must know online marketing (Facebook, Instagram and other social networks) Use of Photoshop is also needed With experience in the use of computers, that knows how to use keyboard shortcuts, that can write fast. The job is to get people who have lodgings (rooms, apartments, etc...) for short term and vacational rental websites, also we need to get people who need this lodgings so we can close a deal. Every new client that we get that has a lodging, a lot of times it will be on us to post their lodging on our sites and other external sites. The person who want this job has to be ordered. We work on objectives of getting new clients and deals close. For the moment we need a person for 4 daily hours for 6 days per week for a monthly salary The working hours will be on spanish time (when is day in Spain) - - - - - - - - - - [Español] Se busca persona que hablé y escriba en español e inglés (se escríbara y llamará a personas en ambos idiomas) Con experiencia en captación y ventas online (no vendemos, en realidad alquilamos, sigue leyendo mas abajo....) telefónicas relacionada al mundo inmobiliario. Que sepa marketing online (Facebook, Instagram y demás redes sociales) Que sepa usar Photoshop Con experiencia en el uso ordenador, que sepa usar atajos, que escriba rápido. Para conseguir propietarios nuevos para web de alojamientos, clientes que busquen alojamiento, publicación de los inmuebles captados en varios portales externos y propios. Que sea muy organizad@ Se trabaja con objetivos de clientes captados y de ventas realizadas Se necesita una persona para trabajar por 4 horas al dia por 6 dias a la semana por un salario mensual. El horario de trabajo se basa en el horario de España (cuando es de dia en España)
