Vitamin Vee Podcast

The VItamin Vee Podcast is a new podcast designed to encourage, empower and entertain listeners. It will have a full spectrum of topics. The base of the inaugural episode is to introduce myself as a single mother of two, retired military, and now corporate leader who has traveled all over the world. While the view point is from a more urban perspective it will invite new viewpoints from every background some controversial topics definitely such as the first one but designed to be educational and thought provoking. Want a serious but entertaining experience for the viewer. The last portion of the first episode will talk about our first topic which is the art of submission, What is that all about. So give a "description of what it means "the art" and then submission in different perspectives, such as in relationship, work, church etc and lastly tying it in to show that true submission is the giving of one's free will and not the taking, thus the true art of submission can only be done by as an act of love and we accomplish it my being intentional and with practice.
