I am looking for someone who can take the news article below and turn it into a rough cartoon “story-board” of 10 or so panels. It is long, so abridge/summarize as is necessary. **YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PERFECT THE ILLUSTRATIONS** I will be hiring an illustrator separately. A rough sketch is fine.
