Writers Needed for Women’s Sports Articles (Ongoing Role)

**Please read the description below before bidding.** Hi, we are a Queensland based not for profit organisation that focusses on Women’s Sports. We need to find up to 7 writers who are able to write original sports articles/tweets etc about Australian Sports. Please BID on this project for 7 articles a week, and 7 tweets/Facebook/Instagram posts per week. Starting date: Immediate Completion date: 1 month Personal Experience Requirements: - You must have experience writing sports articles - You follow your focused sports closely, and women’s sport is a part of your life. It is a passion - You need to know or follow one of these sports (soccer, basketball, football, cricket, AFLW, hockey, rugby, baseball etc.), or recommend another sport - All sports will be Australian based - Your written language must be in English and should be of a high level with correct grammar Article Requirements: - All articles must be original, and any articles or posts that are detected using spinner or any rewriting software will not be accepted, as will any plagiarism - Topics may be about latest match news, players news, team news, player/team interviews/profiles, current affairs within the world of women’s sport etc. - 400-500 words to be posted on a WordPress based site and/or social media - SEO optimized posts (details to be provided). - Related keywords for the blog post. - Each article/post to include a minimum of 1 image or embedded video. - Each article to include 5-6 related tags for the post - You will be given a staff writer credit for posting - You need to be able to produce the required amount of content within the timeline. - These 7 articles and 7 posts need to be delivered each day each week, which is 1 article and 1 social media post per day. BIDS and RATES: - For good quality writing skills, my acceptable bids are between $2.00 - $3.00 per article or a fixed rate can be agreed with more articles/social posts - Please bid on what you could provide with sincerity, don't over commit! - Successful candidates will have the opportunity of long term work. This could be more than 1. The more detail you can give us, will make it easier for us to decide which sports should be assigned to you. All articles and posts will be submitted for review and quality control. If the article meets the requirements it will be published, if it does not it will be returned to the author for additional work.
