Convert 5 page ASPX website to linux

Convert a 5 page ASPX website (including one contact form) currently hosted on a windows server to php and place the site on a linux server. I will provide the current ASPX website in a zip file as well as access to the new hosting account.
This should be a relatively quick job for someone familiar with ASPX, PHP and CSS.
Additional Requirements / Notes:
The site should look exactly like it does in its current ASPX format when converted to PHP.
The incorporation of a site wide include file to store and access common variables on each page.
