Hi,
I can do all of the following very easily
1. DiD setup
2. Trunk setup
3. Queue setup
4. Agent login setup
Just let me know how do you want login agent, do you want live agents or want call back. see following for details
1. Live agents

When agent will dial DID number to login, they will not hangup after login. they will remain in active call. and as soon there is a call from users it will imediately connected with agent, just after a tone!!
2. Call back agent
--------------------
Agent will dial DID number to login and logout and then they can hangup. if agent is logged in they will receive calls from system queue, whenever there is user in queue.
