Expert in sound editing

Definition of the task: Given two audio files or movies, they should be first both converted to WAV format and then one of them needs to be modified so it will accurately match the audio timeline of the second one (for example, there's a sound of a gun shot at minute 40:36:30 in one clip, there should be a sound of a gun shot in the other clip at the exact same time). In the given 2 sets of movies, the version that is called "without descriptive dubbing" should be referred to as Source file and remain unchanged. The second version that is called "with descriptive dubbing" is the one that should be changed and synchronized with the first one. We need this action for 2 different movies and we will supply the different formats.
