i have a Very Lazy Draftsman who is stalling MY PROJECT!
I Need To Hire A Real, Honest, Legitimate Architect/Draftsman Qualified To Draw/Create Plans (StairCase & Ceiling Height) for LADBS.
You must be able to Draw/Create Legitimate/Proper Plans that the City Inspector is Willing to Accept/Approve Of and Get The Legally Stamped.
Note: Once The Plans That You Create/Draw Up Are [Stamped and Approved] by The City Of Los Angeles Department Of Building And Safety and my Construction Manager Gary and Alan from Schaffel Development Confirm that then I will be Glad To PAY YOU, Obviously!
I am NOT going to give out money and the job does Not Get Done!
Been there before!
I want someone who Can Create A Job / Work Order With What Your Work Will Entail and Mention That You Will Include Any Trips That You Must Make Either To The City Of Los Angeles Department Of Building And Safety and/or to my Construction Manager's Office Out In The Van Nuys area (as necessary).
In Your Work Order, You Must Be Qualified To Do The Plans Correctly and Properly With A Legitimate Start And Finish Time In Order To Get Paid As Well As Mentioning In Your Work Order that it Will Include Having The Completed Plans That You Draw Up To Be Stamped By The City Of Los Angeles Department Of Building And Safety With The Electronic Proof and I Will Be Glad To Pay You, NO Problem!
In Addition: Please Include The Total Price In Your Job / Work Order.
I am NOT looking for surprises and/or hidden costs, Period!
Please NOTE: This is NOT A Huge Job at all!
According To The Only And Last Draftsman That We Had Who Did Not Want To Finish The Job that He Started, He Had Like a Few Hours To Finish The Rest Of The Job and was Just Too Lazy To Move Around And Do What Was Needed To Get It Done!
