I have an autocad drawn home design plan that I need to take to completion for County approval in CA, USA .
Civil engineering (grading and site plan with all the details required by the county , cut and fill calculations)
The architectural and structural package for a single family dwelling including pool will include Elevations and construction drawing with sufficient details, specifications,schedules and material list to get an accurate bid by the builders and approval by the county and HOA , reflected ceiling plan, architectural details and specifications to convey the construction of the design features of the exterior, interior , courtyard , driveway, steps and pool area design elements, multiple elevations and sections as required by the county and builders. Mechanical and HVAC , plumbing,Fire sprinkler layout and to meet the current energy effeciency standards and procurment of Califormia Title 24 .The structural package will include the design and calculations of the building and the pool including the Mechanical design of the water features All drawings will be per the most current codes and guidelines that are in place at the time of submission of the plan
All plans must have the structural review and stamp by a licenced Professional engineer that is recognized by the El Dorado County, CA and should have a vaild license through the review process
