Building architecture

We need someone to design a architectural drawing plan of a 3 unit apartment complex which we can use to build on our vacant land. Instructions: 1. Each unit must have a total of 3 stories, Street level should be for the car garage and unit entrance, second level should be for living space and for kitchen and for dining area, 3rd level for bedrooms etc. 2. Each unit must have a garage space for at least 2 cars 3. Each garage (3 garages in total) should contain a bathroom 4. Each garage should contain some space besides from the 2 car spaces so it can be used for woodworking, crafts, etc. or to use it as an office if the occupant chooses to 5. Each unit should contain an elevator 6. Each unit should have a kitchen 7. Each kitchen should have a walk-in pantry 8. Each unit should have a dining area 9. Each unit should have a laundry room 10. Each unit shall have 2 stories besides from the first/garage floor (3 stories in total) 11. Each unit should have a living room with HUGE and TALL ceiling height to give the space a Grand and Abundant and Modern appearance 12. Each unit should have at least 1 balcony/porch of some sort 13. Each unit should have at least 2 bedrooms 14. Each bedroom should have 2 beds ( each bed measuring 60'' x 80'' ) Beds should be surrounded with bedside tables 15. Each bedroom should come with a full private bathroom 16. Each bedroom should come with a walk-in closet 17. I also want that at the entrance of the master-bedroom should be a loveseat or 2 cozy chairs with a small table/desk etc. so it gives the place a HOTEL FEEL, (it shall be placed on the outside of the room I think...) 18. It would be nice if you can manage to fit in a private porch or balcony for the master-bedrooms but it is NOT A MUST.
