Civil Engineering drawings

Dear Freelancers: We have a 4.65 acres vacant lot in City of Palestine, Texas, USA. We would like to have some freelancers with a background of Civil Engineering to draw some Civil Engineering plans ( Drainage Plan, Grading Plan, Service Utility Plan and Erosion Control Plan). Freelancers much have Civil Engineering background and have done similar works in the USA. Candidates must able to do on-line research for City of Palestine concerning existing underground water and drainage pipes, aerial typographical map for the subject property.
